RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Pet food, treats, supplements, or health-related items (due to hygiene and safety).

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was wrong or damaged.
